COLLABORATION
Working with architects and builders

INVESTMENT
Fees and minimums
The design fee is a flat rate, plus a standard procurement markup on furnishings and materials. Every project is scoped and quoted after the initial consultation. Projects begin at a total investment of $45,000, including design fee and furnishings.
“The value is incalculable. It’s the difference between a hodgepodge of nice things and an integrated beautiful whole.”
